The kindness and compassion of the staff was wonderful whilst both on initial meeting and throughout. The death of someone you have loved for so long is overwhelming but Verna and the staff were/are amazing. Never thought I’d be leaving a review for such a thing but having thought about it, it’s probably one of the things to leave one for, so others can be guided if considering different places.
I personally am so pleased we went local to our parents home.

The outstanding team at Crowsons Funeral Directors at Barnwell were outstanding. They were professional compassionate and very caring.
Verna kept me informed from the very start and was advising me to the end. The made a difficult day run very smoothly and professionally. We couldn't have asked for more. Thank you for giving me Kim Berry Funeral Celebrant, the Eulogy she gave about Mum was exceptional, she would have made Mum proud and with a hint of humor she put in about Mum that made people laugh. Excellent service offered at a very difficult time. Stella and her team went the extra mile and left no stone unturned, in supporting us and the family, to ensure a perfect send off for our very dear friend. Stella's dedication for wanting the very best for every client is simply amazing. Her clear minded approach is so appreciated during what is a very sad and stressful time. It is almost that Stella scoops you up in the palm of her hand a guides you to a beautiful send off for your loved one. Crowsons were kind, compassionate, understanding, and totally professional whilst being friendly from start to finish. They accommodated my various requests and pulled out the stops when I changed arrangements. Verna was so kind at all times, Chris totally professional in dealing with the practicalities and Milly was a wonderful presence at the memorial and interment services.
